We hired Road Haugs for a small moving project. We had George, Malcolm and Raymond. They were above and beyond better than any moving company we have ever used. That says a lot since during our married life, we have moved over 17 times. All three guys were kind, and eager to help in anyway needed. They kept reminding me that I didn’t need to try to help. I recently moved and used United Regions.I am so sorry I did not use Road Hoags. I called them to move the appliances - which were in the garage - into the kitchen. Despite this being a small move they were responsive and their customer service was excellent. They were extremely careful with my appliances. They were gracious about my anxious recently adopted shelter dog. I absolutely will call them for any future move.Their price was fair and did not change.If you are moving, you will be pleased to have used Road Haugs and sad if you do not.

I was overall pleased with the move, despite 2 minor damages. I had learned of RH from the Charlotte Steinway Piano dealer and RH indicated they could handle the full furniture move, not just the Baby Grand Piano. I found Matt, Jake, Carlos, Kim all to be very hard working, conscientious and professional. They wereon-time, efficient and worked very well as a team and were able to get the job done in one day, despite the # of large items and large home we were leaving. I would use them again if needed. We hired this company to move an antique 1930s piano for us. Not only were they extremely nice and great to talk to, they also did an even better job than we could’ve hoped for. The price was very fair, they were able to perfectly stick to estimated time frame, the dispatcher and movers were all wonderful with communication, and they took extreme care in protecting the piano and transporting it. This was the best experience I’ve her had with any moving company and I’ll never use a different company again.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Road Haugs. I had them move an antique table, chairs and a rug from my sister's house.When they brought the rug in, they hit an object on the table in my foyer, knocking it over. I am unsure why, but the 3 movers that showed up parked on the street, rather than in the driveway and brought the (very heavy) table all the way from the street to the door.Only 2 of the movers were lifting the table out of the van and were obviously having trouble lifting it, when they dropped it in the driveway. They then rolled it up the driveway on a small cart that seemed to barely hold the table up. The other mover was carrying in 2 chairs at a time and hitting the doorframe as he brought them in.For the amount I paid, (almost 600.00), I would have hoped my antiques would have been shown much more careNeedless to say, I would NOT recommend this company if you have anything meaningful to you that needs to be moved.

King and Chateau (Shaq) removed today old NordicTrac elliptical and assembled/replaced with new one. “White glove” service as promised by Ifit. Despite HOT day, they were happy, fun but fast, focused and professional. They were careful not to damage walls, doors, etc. Took time to adjust/move machine few inches to clear walls and pathway to my liking, even if already done just fine. Cleaned up when done. Patient as I test drove the new machine before signing off. Tested further after left and connected to Wi-Fi. No issues. Highly recommend them.
